Hajdu MCA 5 bottom water heater with single-lever faucet

Hajdu MCA 5 Mini Bottom electric water heater with single-lever faucet, wall-mounted, free-flowing, the device is intended for satisfying smaller water needs (kitchen sink, hand washbasins). The types are only suitable for supplying one water point and only work reliably with the faucet added as an accessory by the manufacturer (the use of a faucet with a shower, sink brush head is prohibited).
The resulting hot water is suitable for both bathing and eating purposes, provided that the cold water used was of appropriate quality.

However, given that the metal-dissolving ability of hot water is greater, it is recommended to use cold water for both cooking and drinking, and to heat it up if hot water is needed.

The temperature of the water in the water heater can be adjusted according to your needs, but to a maximum of 75 °C.

The water heater operates most economically if it is set to a temperature at which the desired amount of water can be extracted with or without mixing for the given capacity.

The heat loss of a storage tank operating at 40 °C is nearly 70% less than if it were operated at 75 °C.

Once the set temperature is reached, the temperature controller automatically switches off the heating.

The thermal insulation surrounding the inner tank prevents the water from cooling down, so that hot water can be obtained from the tank for a long time.

The device is designed so that the hot water is removed with minimal mixing with cold water.

The inner tank is made of special polypropylene, which ensures a long service life for the water heater.

Please note that the water heater can also be operated in the so-called frost protection mode.

In this mode, the water in the tank cannot cool below 7.5 °C, while energy consumption is minimal.

The frost protection mode does not apply to the tap and the water network, therefore it is recommended to take the device out of service (see manual, chapter 8.8) if it is exposed to the risk of frost!
